Regal pre-war parlor acoustic w/ pearl fretboard and inlays in LA for $250

This seller is offering a distinctive looking Regal that I would definitely describe as a Parlor guitar. It has the MOTS acetate type overlay on the headstock and fretboard and some nice looking floral inlay and detailing.

I haven't seen one exactly like this before - looks to be in fairly good shape.

I have the same guitar though mine has a light green pearloid pick guard. Mine is marked Oahu Conservatory and is from the 1920s.
