1930's Melophonic Resonator in Northern MI for $100

I can't tell what's going in in the pictures but imagine that this needs a new cone and pridge and tailpiece so it is a project for sure. It may have been painted to look like a metal bodied guitar - or it may be metal, I can't tellf rom the pics. I believe Melophonic was a department store brand made by either Harmony, Kay or Valco. Definitely from the 1930's, though.

I have an old Melofonic guitar for sale. I don't know much about the details but was told it was made in 1932. If you're interested please contact me at 810-247-4544. Thanks, Derek.
