This is a 1958 Gibson GA-5 Skylark - a real tweed era amp for a decent price. This one looks to be a "transition" Skylark because it still has the Tweed Cabinet but not the exact same TV front design as the original Les Paul Jr. Amp. The Les Paul Jr designation was dropped in 1957.
If you are really lucky this will have a 6SJ7 preamp tube (which I love) but I believe Gibson switched over the smaller 12AX7 around this time so it is more likely that. Either way it could be a nice addition to your home or studio arsenal.

This is a vintage Gibson tube guitar amplifier GA-5 from September 1958. The strap is missing as shown. The graphics on the control panel are in nice condition. I have owned this amp for years and still use it. It works great. The sound is pure 50's. Can show or demo in Holland Mi. area.
Thanks for looking.
