I actually own one of these original Wayne's World Strats and it is a pretty nice guitar. Fit and finish is typical of Japan in the period - i.e. very good. And the necks on these are the same as the 1962 RI necks which are sweeeeet. Check out the deep dark nearly ebony fretboard on this axe - just like mine. So different than the light brown fast growth Indonesian Rosewood we see on all the lower and mid range guitars today.
