Beautiful 1940's Regal f-Hole Archtop Acoustic in lansing MI for $300

Look at this beautiful Regal that just came on the market in Lansing, MI. This is as close to a Gibson L-30 as you will find from this era for under $1000. Do not confuse this with any of the Harmony made Birch bodied Archtops like the Hollywood or Monterey (which are still nice guitars). This is clearly several grades higher in quality. Note the fully bound neck and body, the beautiful figured back and sides (not a painted on tiger stripe design), and the acetate MOP headstock and inlaid logo. Even the fretboard inlays on this are a few notches above standard issue. IMO this looks more like a 1930's Regal than a post-war model. I can't attest to the sound but if I were in the market for another archtop I would leap on this one.
