1972 Alvarez Acoustic - USA made? $175 in Minn/St Paul area


If this really is a USA made Alvarez from 1972 it would have been one of the last made in Missouri before they moved production to Japan. I'd be cursious for someone to find out -

this is an awsome acoustic! my aunt found this guitar in her basement a few years ago and gave it to me. alvarez doesnt make em like this any more! it has some really cool weathering patterns from the last 37 years, and plays great. i also play it through my acoustic amp w/ a clip on pickup, and it sounds killer. i love this guitar, but i need cash so im pearing down my collection. this is an awsome deal for a vintage guitar!
