Vintage Kay Archtop for $125 in Dallas TX area




This looks more like a harmony than a Kay with that tailpeice - but it looks like it has the original Bridge, pickguard and tuenrs so hat is saying alot for an old Archtop like this. Could be a nice one.

    Hey Jim,
    Thanks for the awesomely inspirational blog.
    I've got a Kay with the same tailpiece & headstock as this one.
    Numbered inside the body: L8937 6434.
    Any thoughts on what year this baby is?
    A friend inherited it from a great aunt & it's showroom aside from a bit of checking & bridge scuffs.
