This looks like it could be a Garnet (Canadian made) tube amp. It also could be Japanese such as an early Univox. Either way it's a good deal. Notice that the chassis and control panel are mounted on the top front up against the grill. This is an unusal layout because usually the tubes point down so you need the clearance behind the speaker. The tubes in this amp must point straight back or the control knobs are on a separate panel.
This seller actually has a few good items for sale including a Japanese Epiphone Crestwood from the 70's. They seem to be cropping up everywhere lately but his is a good deal at only $200. And what about that mystery Japanese electric for $65... hmmm??
