Vintage Hagstrom Viking in San Diego for $650

Here is a nice vintage Hagstrom for about the same price as the new Asian-built Reissue. Nice semi-hollow guitar with the Hagstom famous "ultra-fast-neck!" hehe

This is a late 60s Hagstrom Viking Hollowbody. Made in Sweden
Single coil pickups.
Very thin, fast neck.
It has a few scratches, and standard wear on a 40+ year old guitar.
It is all orginal, except for the bridge.
Plays great, and stays in tune very well.
A hardshell case is included with the guitar.

These Jag-Stangs are usually way overpriced when they show up so it's nice to see one at a decent price - and it is the desireable Daphne or Baby Blue - add a tortoise pickguard and you can pretend to be Kurt Cobain all day long.

I have a Kurt Cobain designed Fender JagStang its got some "buckle" scuff on the back and a couple of small scratches other than that its in good shape. This is the baby blue with pearl pick gard. $375.The other is a Ibanez sdgr Bass Guitar I will sell for $275 OBO 503-367-4500

1971 Stella (Harmony) full size acoustic in Greenville GA for $75

Not the usual 3/4 sized Stella by Harmony guitars you see all the time (and usually overpriced) - and check out that sweet original pickguard - NICE!

Nice Kay Acoustic in Santa Fe NM for $175

Check out this nice looking Kay with the Kelvinator headstock logo, bound neck and nice herringbone binding around the body - looks like birch or maple solid woods - action is definitely high - but that's to be expected. Coulbe be very nice.

This guitar was gifted to me, but I do not use it and would like for it to go to someone who will. It plays with a rather deep, bluesy tone. Some things to note: high action some superficial scratches (noted in photos below) otherwise in good condition. Soft case included $200 OBO

Encore 335 style Semi Hollow in Western Mass for $300 obo

This guitar looks black in the pics but the seller says it is a "Greenburst" which makes it a very cool looking Univox/Ventura/Aria Diamond guitar. Note that it has the two switches - one on each bout - and the angular single coil pickups just like the red Japanese Crestwood Astral II that Jack White plays. I listed a similar guitar a while back with an Ideal nametag but that only had the two knobs (like Jack's) this one has four. These can be alot of fun for the money.

1991 Fender Ultra Strat (USA) in Birmingham AL area for $450

here is another nice USA Strat selling cheap in Alabama. This is basically a Strat Plus (Ultra must be the same). It has the Sperzel Locking tuners, Strat Plus nut and the Lace Sensor pickups. Other than the nicks and scrapes and chips it is one heckuva nice guitar for $450.

1991 American made Fender Ultra Strat with Lace Sensor Pickups. Body is traditional Fender Alder with a maple neck. Tuners are Sperzel. Pick guard has been upgraded to pearl. Trem stabilizer is installed. Comes with a hard shell case. This Strat is THE BEST sounding and playing I have had. There is some wear on the finish and frets.....it's 20 years old. This is a classic Fender guitar. The sound is incredible and the Lace Sensors give a wide array of tones. Looking at this guitar (and playing), there isn't a lot of difference fom the SRV model...except the SRV sticker. This guitar is selling for around $1300.00.
Now for those of you who do not understand how pricing for desirable older guitars works, I'll make it simple. I have shaved off about $400 from my estimated value to compensate for the wear on the finish. Now if it was being sold in a guitar shop somewhere like Nashville, they'd call it a vintage guitar, slap $1300.00 on it, tell you it was played by Eric Clapton and you'd be giddey to have it. Well, I'm just trying to sell it for what it is....a very good Fender Strat. I'm asking $450.00. In other words, please no tire kickers.
