Fender 57 Twin Reissue in Fresno CA for $900


This seller is offering a 57 Twin Reissue for $900.  If you are not familiar with these hand-wired Custom Shop Fender amps do a little Googling and you will see that some folks believe this model is one of the finest production tube amps available today.  Certainly comparable to a Victoria or Fuchs.  Everything about these is top notch including the stock Weber Alnico Speakers.  Original List on these amps was $3K with the street price around $2K when new. 

The seller is looking to sell or trade for "an amp with a master volume" which tells me they are using it more for a studio or home amp than for playing out. The live stage is where these amops really shine.  They may only be 40 watts but with the combo of MM Transformers and highly efficient Weber Alnicos these have an incredible punch - and apparently they love pedals and overdrive.

Great sounding hand wired amp from fender custom shop. New groove tubes 6l6 GE’s. This the low watt (40 watt) version. Breaks up nicely.



Would consider trades for other high end guitars or amps. I would prefer an amp with a master volume. Of course they must be comparable values. Thanks
