Harmony "Jet Set" H1264 Acoustic in Minn for $200 - Ryan Adams Fans!

Ryan Adams fans will recognize this Harmony H1264 "Jet Stet" model. It the same model he uses live and played on the Letterman show. Beautiful guitar, big and bold and bright.

You don't see these for sale very often.

    How's the action on these? I've heard it's pretty high and they're better suited for slide playing - any insight into that?

    Also, great site - keep up the great work!

    Action height is usually a matter of one guitar vs. another. I am sure like many old Harmony acoustics the necks on some of these start to give after 4o+ years - but these extra-D size acoutics would generally not be used for slide. These are big bright and boomy - better for Pop, Folk, Country and Singer-Songwriters (like Ryan Adams or Elvis Costello).
