1960's Fender Super Reverb Amp - $650 in Southern California (East of Los Angeles).

From the looks of the photos this is a circa 1964 - 1966 Super Reverb and it looks to be 100% original. I called and spoke to the seller and let him know it was a valuable amp and he said - "Last time I checked they were running $800 but we are moving so I am letting it go cheap." I planned to tell him to raise the price but then thought - who am I to spoil somebody's good deal. Silvertone 1484 Tube Amp in Minneapolis area for $100

Accoerding to this seller the amp works. Sounds like it just needs a little tune up/ cleaning. If you are in the Twin Cities area you may already be on to of this one. LOL. Might even be worth making the trip. 1484's are great Danelectro made amps. A lot of fun and some have even used them onstage (i.e. Jack White). The cabinets are always the weakest part - that and the flimsy reverb units. Sears Silvertone Guitar Amp - $100 (Vadnais Heights) 800 county road e east (google map) Works. Needs some TLC. No speakers in cab. I tested on another cabinet and head works and is loud. All pots could use a cleaning and sometimes play quiter until knob is tapped. Reverb was not working with switch or other switch. Though I can hear slight reverb, it's just not getting through amp. Has new old stock pair of matched russian 6L6GC tubes. Back needs a jack for speaker connection. Has just 2 bare speaker wires coming out from back. Both sides work. Cases are in rough used condition.  This seller is offering a nice Epiphone All Tube Amplifier from the mid-1960's.  I used to own one just like this many years ago and I liked is quite a bit - had its own unique tone. Not super loud so perfect for Bedroom or home studio.  And this price is a good deal for an all original vintage USA made amp of this quality.   Has the original speaker. Even a cap job and replaced 3 prong grounded cord.

Circa 1964-65 Epiphone Pathfinder EA-28RVT tube combo guitar amp. This is the same amplifier as the Gibson GA-19RVT Falcon. During the early to mid sixties these amps were all built at the Gibson factory in Kalamazoo, MI. This one is a bit of a road warrior, with one knob missing, but is fully functional and sounds great. Tube reverb and tremolo circuits, very lush and deep sounding. 15 watts, original 12” Jensen speaker, original foot switch, original tubes except for two Mesa 6V6GTAs. It has had a cap job and a grounded three prong power cord installed. Really a sweet “around the house” amp for practice and recording.
