1985 Gibson Les Paul Studio in Apple Valley (Desert) CA for $650

 I don't know exactly what a 1985 les Paul Studio is wotrth but this one looks pretty clean so no matter what that is a good price on a 25 year old USA Gibson. I think the Black Studios are very cool - and those should be some very nice classic humbuckers under the chrome covers.   According to several sources "All Les Paul Studio models made from 1982 until 1985, with the exception of Studio Custom and Studio Standard, featured alder carved topped bodies with set maple necks."  I am no expert on woods but believe that Alder is lighter than Maple and maple is lighter than Mahogany.  But these are still nice USA made Les Paul guitars.

Gibson Les Paul Studio, 1985 in excellent condition with origonal chain saw hard case.(case alons sells for $175.00) Recently completly checked out by professional guitar shop who tuned the neck, put on new strings, etc.
