This is about as cheap as you'll ever see one of these. Highly collectible item. These usually go for quite a bit more - seller says this one needs neck adjutment but it doesn't look too bad in the pics. too low is better than too high. I am not very familiar with these (I do own a copy, though). Nice condition too on his original 1960's Hofner.

1960's ORIGINAL Hofner Bass Guitar - (NOT a reissue)

Great condition for it's age. No chips, dings or scratches - only normal crazing of the finish.
Neck needs adjustment - see pictures attached. Send email with any questions.

This looks like a nice bass,but the seller doesn't post close enough photos to show the condition. Appears to be a late 60s model with blade pick ups and closed machines on the tuners., after 67 likely. It's hard to tell from the photos. They state it has a small control plate,but is clearly the larger version. Seller should do a bit more research on their own item.
