Don't get too excited - it appears to have a replaced neck - but this could be a nice player - you'd have to check it out. It looks to have the original mini-humbuckers which is a big part of the charm here. Not a killer deal - but could be a good deal.

According the pot codes, this is a 1964 Epihone Wilshire. The body appears original, but the the neck/headstock was replaced at some point. In looking at the finish on the guitar, it apears to have had an Epiphone vibrola type bridge, but has been replaced with a Gibson type stop tailpiece. Mint condition models are going for well over $2K, own a great playing and sounding version for a fraction of the price!
