Norma Split Coil Electric in Reno for $160

This Norma is a cross between a Burns and a Teisco Spectrum 5 (as played by Mark Knopfler on several of his Studio recordings).  The split coil pickups are very cool sounding and check out that selector switch - not only can you choose between neck and bridge pickups but you can use half the neck pickup on the top 3 strings and half the bridge on the bottom strings - and vice versa.  Talk about tonal variation! Ya gotta love Japanese ingenuity.

The neck on this guitar should have the "N" fret marker inlays - it was Norma's top of the line neck and these guitars are known for their nice playability.  The downside on these is that the switches do at times go bad.
