Vintage 1960's Ampeg Gemini I in Allentown PA area - best offer (sounds cheap)

I normally do not post BEST OFFER listings but it sounds like the sellers want this amplifier gone so this could be a very good deal - maybe even $200 or less.  Who knows, right?

Based on the wording of the ad I serously doubt they will want to ship this - least of all because Gemini's are BIG heavy amps with very solid heavy wood cabinets.  I had a guy ship me a Gemini 2 once from upstate NY to my home in Los Angeles and the shipping cost was $58 - and that was years ago.

BTW - these have nice reverb and vibrato circuits - and the fact it has the original footswitch is a big plus - they are hard to replace.  It is missing a few knobs but those "stovetop" knobs are easy to find since they make new ones.

Anyway nice amp and it may (or my not) be a great deal.  Let us know if you buy it!!

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL READERS

I am reposting items here that are listed on CRAIGSLIST throughout the USA. I am not selling any of these items and I cannot facilitate the sale of anything here - so please do not comment or post questions like "Is this still available?" or "I am interested in your guitar please call me, etc." You need to contact the seller directly by calling the phone number listed on the post or by going to the CL listing and emailing them. NEW FEATURE: Click on the title of the CL Listing inside my post to LINK thru to the original Post. If the original CL listing is deleted the item most likely is no longer available. Thanks for checking out my blog and GOOD LUCK!

Please don't call, contact, bother or harass these sellers long after their post is expired. Take for granted if the listing is over 30 days old that the guitar or amp is LONG GONE! Thank you.
