This is not a scam - read the listing and you will see. The guitar has had some major body repairs - so it is definitely NOT for the colelctor - it should still sound and play pretty not perfect but for a good price.

I am selling my 1969 Gibson Hummingbird Serial Number: 690266 with “BNG” stamped on the head as well. I purchased the guitar in 1983 from a high-end used guitar shop in Sausalito. As purchased, this guitar had some earlier damage to the left side and back area. The damage had been repaired. Please see photos The guitar plays great and has very good action. If you always wanted a Hummingbird but could not afford the $2600.00 price then here is your chance to own a 60’s vintage classic. Comes with a old hard case which needs to be replaced.
