Kay Value Leader in Boston for $150











I don't know what the seller means by "set up like a Dobro" but these Kays have bolt on necks so any issue with the action can be easily shimmed and adjusted with a little bit of effort. Other than that these guitars actually sound pretty cool. And they are lightweight and fun to play.

    I contacted Bob who is selling this guitar and asked him about the "Dobro" comment and here is what he said:
    "It has an extra piece of metal at the nut to raise the action.
    I keep it in open G.
    I got it this way and don't play regular guitar so I don't know or care about action.
    It makes a good slider.
    I am trying to get rid of a couple of extra musical instruments to get this lap steel I have my eye on." - JC
