1965 Teisco WG-4L Guitar in Boston area for $125

This WG-4L has the several of the most desirable Teisco attributes - 4 pickups, adjustable bridge, striped pickguard, and the 4x2 headstock - it also has a nice sold mahagony body. Don't expect Les Paul tones and you'll probably be happy.

Mid to late sixties teisco del rey built in japan. this is a project guitar that needs some love. needs a fret job but still playable, third and fourth fret buzz on the low e. also its really noisy when plugged in. i dont know if its a bad pot or because some of the wiring is improperly shielded.(they were built that way, its all original wiring other than my soldering job to fix the ground). its tough to tell what year this model is because theres not that much info on the internet about specific teisco models. one of the tuning keys is bent a bit but still in perfect working condition, i was going to bend it back but i decided to leave it. id rather have a bent original tuning key than a replacement. the finish is banged up but not a total mess. it looks like its 40 years old and by my descriptions obviously not a show piece, but its a cool piece of history and a cheap vintage guitar that just needs some attention. in the picture its missing the bridge plate which is at my bands practice space and will come with the guitar.

With all this said you can plug it in and play it,ITS NOT BROKEN

125/ OBO
