Peavey Classic 30 in Charlotte NC area for $250

These are nice USA made amps with a good reputation and solid Bluesy tone. this amp will go head to head with a Blues Jr. anyday and some would say it comes out on top.

Note that this is a FOUR EL84 amp - making it the same output as a Vox AC30.

You wont find a better sounding amp at this price...

Just bought a VOX tube amp and need to make some room. Amazing clarity and tone and much louder than you would think at 30 watts thanks to the tubes. This amp is designed as a blues/rock amp, due to this the distortion wont be enough for metal guys. Easily boost it up with a petal (which I have, and will throw in on a trade) if that's what you're looking for. I originally purchased it for $499 three years ago and have taken very good care of it since. Everything works and everything is great condition, no cosmetic damage.

I am also willing to trade for a decent acoustic or an electric bass.

Features

* 30 watts (rms) into 16 or 8 ohms

* Normal volume control on clean channel
* 3-band passive EQ (bass, middle, treble)
* Boost switch
* Reverb level control
