1964 Fender Mustang w/ new Custom Jaguar Parts and neck - $395

I can't decide if this guy is crazy or brilliant but this is a completely rebuilt Vintage 1964 Mustang with Jaguar parts (incl an original Jaguar 1964 neck!)and Fender Lace Sensor pickups under those Mustang covers. This would be a great guitar for a gal or a guy with small body frame and hands (like Prince) or it might just be awesome overall - somebody should find out.

1964 Fender Mustang, heavily customized. Body is a 3/4 size, with original 1964 Fender Patent Pending Mustang Dynamic Vibrato tailpiece finished in Dakota Red. Neck is from a 1964 Fender Jaguar, stamped "1DEC64B" on butt heel. Repro decal, repro tuners. "B" width neck is smaller than average, and has a wonderful patina and feel to it. Great for smaller hands! Short Scale, 24" length. Rosewood curved board, maple neck. No skunk stripe, ... of course ... Jaguar Chrome control panels, W/B/W pickguard loaded with two Fender Gold Lace Sensors. Guitar plays wonderfully, and has a amazing neck! This would make a great guitar for a younger player, who really would love a TRUE Vintage guitar, but one that's not too expensive, and sized appropriately for younger hands and fingers. Feel free to make offers, and ask questions about this unique piece. Truly a custom built, vintage guitar for young players ....

  1. Wow! That mustang looks great!
I suppose that it's long gone though, right?
