This is currently unstrung and w/o bridgepins - but it still might be a good deal. he says it has one crack that doesn't go through. 12 strings can be very hit or miss but this is certainly from a good maker with a very solid reputation.
1972 Alvarez Yairi 12-string - $225 (Edwardsville, IL)

1972 Alvarez Yairi model no. 5068. I found the date by checking the inside heel stamp and consulting the Alvarez webpage. It currently has no pins or strings and a small surface crack on the front. The crack is not thick and cannot be seen or felt on the inside. It is visible in one of the pictures. There is no case. But because of all these, you get a great deal on an awesome guitar.Yairis typically go for between $500-$1200. The pictures are of the actual guitar. Email me with any questions. Cash only.
