1981 Gibson Sonex 180 Deluxe outside Austin TX for $499

This is an okay price for this guitar - it certainlylooks to be in good condition. I know for a fact that the pickups in these Sonex are hot and sound good - they are not USA Dirty FIngers, though they are Zebras - instead they are German Made Schallers designed by Willem Lorenz (Bill Lawrence) when he worked for Gibson at the time.

  1. JC,
are you sure its a 1981? I thought Gibson switched to the new headstock logo in July 82.

Whats the serial # on it?
